Can You Help Put A Stop To Bullying?
According to latest NSPCC figures, online bullying has increased by 88% in just five years.
Children as young as 7 have approached Childline counsellors about being tormented and abused by malicious and hurtful messages, from which they felt there was no escape.
At Peak FM, we believe that no-one has the right to bully anyone, for any reason, be it online or anywhere else. We want to put a stop to bullying in North Derbyshire and it all starts with YOU.
To coincide with Anti-Bullying Week we are proud to launch #SpeakShareStop.
From young children to teenagers, parents and family members we want YOU to SPEAK out, SHARE your experiences and help STOP bullying.
This campaign won't work without you, so post a message of support on social media using #SpeakShareStop now.
If you are experiencing bullying of any sort, or know a friend a family member that is experiencing bullying, you don't need to tackle it alone. Speak to your family, friends and teachers. You can also find more information about what to do here.
