Collection to be held on Saturday at the Proact in memory of Jordan Sinnott

It's the Spireites' first home game since their former player passed away last month.

A collection will be made at Saturday's game against Wrexham in memory of Jordan Sinnott, marking the first home fixture since his tragic passing at the age of 25.

The collection is being organised by Chesterfield FC Community Trust and the funds raised will be handed over to Jordan’s family, some of whom are attending the match as guests of the club, who will allocate the money accordingly.

A minute's applause will be held before kick-off and fans are also urged to join in with applause after 25 minutes have been played, when an image of Jordan will be shown on the Big Screen.
