Former Chesterfield full-back Bradley Barry has signed for national league rivals Barrow on a two-year-deal
Barry left Chesterfield at the end of this season after his contract expired. He spent two years with the Spireites, which included a loan spell at Dover Athletic.
He scored twice for Chesterfield after making 51 appearances. He was part of the side which were relegated from league 2 into the national league.
He joins Spireites' legend Ian Evatt, who is currently manager of Barrow, along with former Chesterfield players Sam Hird and Josh Kay.
A statement on Barrow AFC's official website states: "he decided not to accept a new contract (with Chesterfield) and joins the Bluebirds on a two year deal."
