The Chesterfield Boss reflects on Saturdays draw with Boreham Wood, and looks ahead to Tuesday nights fixture.
Chesterfield Boss John Sheridan says there are good and bad points to take from Saturdays 2-2 draw away to Boreham Wood
The Spireites lead 2-1 before conceding an equaliser and seeing defender Lawrence Maguire sent off.
Sheridan wasn't happy with how his side started the game, but was pleased with the way they recovered;
"I can talk all I want but when they go out onto the pitch it's up to them.
"You're thinking to yourself, are they taking on board what i'm telling them.
"We battled well with ten men, worked our socks off.
"When you lose a man with 35 minutes to go you're happy to take a point".
Previewing tomorrow nights game at the Proact, the Spireites manager praised newly promoted Woking;
"Another team who've started the season well.
"They were winning games on a regular basis last season to get promoted.
"They'll be like most teams in this league, thinking, get a good start, be in the mix.
"Every team will be thinking they've got a chance of getting out of this league, Woking have got off to a good start, it'll be another tough game for us".
