75 new homes could be coming to Tansley

But the housing applications aren't receiving support off everybody.

A combined total of 75 houses could be built in a Derbyshire village.

Tansley, on the outskirts of Matlock, is at the centre of two housing applications, which are set for approval by Derbyshire Dales District Council.

However-the local Parish Council is opposed to the plans-due to it lying in a green field and being outside the settlement boundary.
