A jury's been discharged after it failed to reach verdicts in the trial of a chip shop owner accused of terror offences.
32 year-old Andy Star, of Sheffield Road, Whittington Moor and Farhad Salah, 23, of Brunswick Road, Burngreave both denied the charges.
Yesterday a judge ruled a majority verdict would suffice, however the trial has now ended without a verdict.
The Crown prosecution service have 21 days to decide whether to drop the case, or request a re trial with a new jury.
