Chesterfield MP thinks a bypass would cure air pollution problems

The Chesterfield MP Toby Perkins thinks that a bypass would improve the quality of the air in Chesterfield.

The World Health Organisation named nine English towns and cities that are breaching safety guidelines when it comes to the quality of air.

Chesterfield was named along side the likes of Birmingham, Leeds and Nottingham which were also on the list.

Toby Perkins blames congestion on the A61 area and thinks a bypass would go a long way to making sure the air pollution in Chesterfield is reduced.
