Derbyshire Police say a man has been arrested on suspicion of distributing indecent images of a child
It follows a web page featuring images of women and girls being created without their consent.
The 33-year-old was also arrested on suspicion of racially aggravated harassment and malicious communications
Details about the man's identity and location haven't been revealed.
The force confirmed the arrest on social media saying: "A man has been arrested on suspicion of distributing indecent images of a child following reports that a webpage featuring images of women and girls, had been created without their consent.
"The webpage also allegedly contained inappropriate and racist comments about some of those featured. The 33-year-old man, was also arrested on suspicion of racially aggravated harassment and malicious communications yesterday afternoon.
"The arrest came after we received a substantial number of reports about the webpage on Monday evening and into Tuesday. The man has since been released on police bail and enquiries are continuing.
