The incident took place earlier this week.
A drink driver's been arrested in Chesterfield following reports of a Ford Focus being driven 'anti-socially' in the town.
The suspect was detained on Monday afternoon after the vehicle in question was stopped by officers on Old Hall Road.
A breath test found him to be almost twice the legal drink drive limit.
Chesterfield. Call about this Focus being driven anti-socially in the town. Stopped, driver drunk, provides breath test reading of 67, limit is 35. A bus pass or a bicycle helmet should 'suit him' from now on. #Fatal4 #DontDrinkAndDrive pic.twitter.com/Zcb26PeID5— Derbyshire Roads Policing Unit (@DerbyshireRPU) May 4, 2020
