Fire crews in North Derbyshire kept busy overnight

The dealt with minor incidents in both Clowne and Clay Cross yesterday evening.

Firefighters in North Derbyshire were kept busy last night.

Firstly, at around 8.40pm, crews from Clowne discovered some hedgerow alight in the village, which's believed to have been started on purpose.

Later on at 9.45pm, a litter bin blaze was extinguished at Sharley Park Leisure Centre in Clay Cross.
