The man who's been charged with murdering Joe Robotham in Chesterfield town centre has appeared at Derby Crown Court this morning.
24 year old Connor Rose, of no fixed abode, has been remanded in custody until a further hearing next month.
The 23 year old victim passed away on Sunday night after he was struck around the head with a bottle outside the 'Vibe' bar in the early hours of Saturday morning.
