More arrests made following Langwith firearms incident

A further three men have been arrested in connection with a firearms incident in Langwith last month

Three men were arrested yesterday morning (Tuesday, November 20) in Nottingham in connection with a firearms incident that took place in Langwith in October.

Officers were called to Bassett Hill in Upper Langwith just before 10pm on Tuesday, October 2 to reports of a firearms discharge.

The three men are 25, 28 and 29-years-old and are all from the Nottingham area. They were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder and remain in police custody.

These arrests bring the total to nine; the three men and three women who were arrested previously have all been released under investigation.

Police want anyone with information that may assist officers with ongoing enquires to quote reference number 18000473420 of October 2, in any correspondence.
