Several motorists were pictured breaking the rules over the weekend.
Motorists have still been breaching parking restrictions in the Peak District, despite new double yellow lines at several sites there.
Derbyshire County Council released an image of vehicles parked on grass verges next to the newly painted roads near Ladybower reservoir yesterday;
Do you know that double yellow lines mean no parking on the verge and pavement as well as the side of the road? This was #Ladybower the other day just after we'd put the yellow lines on the road 😒. Please don't park here, you'll damage the verge. And get a ticket. pic.twitter.com/9CBDvHHY6Q— Derbyshire CC (@Derbyshirecc) July 14, 2020
They're again urging visitors not to park there, or they could potentially face being ticketed.
