Over 75% of midlands residents feel concerned about unreported child abuse which may be taking place in lockdown

The charity have carried out a new survey on the matter.

The NSPCC say they fear child abuse could go unreported during the lockdown, despite the increased risks.

A new survey has revealed 76% of people in the midlands feel ‘fairly’ or ‘very’ concerned about the issue.

However, 26%  weren't confident they'd know where to seek help, if they thought a young person was being abused or neglected.
