Police confirm break-in at Staveley co-op

Police are appealing for information after the co-op store on Inkersall Green Road was broken into this morning.

Derbyshire constabulary received reports of a disturbance and potential damage to the premises at around 5am this morning (Fri, 21st June.)

A Spokesperson for the force confirmed that when officers arrived, the doors of the shop were wide open and an alarm was ringing. 

The force are also appealing for witnesses or anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area during the early hours of this morning.
