Police investigate after car damaged by stones thrown from a bridge in Staveley  

Police have released some images of a group of girls they would like to speak to after stones were dropped from a bridge in Staveley.

A woman was driving her car along Cemetery Lane, from the Poolsbrook area, heading towards Staveley at around 2pm on Saturday 14 September, when a stone was dropped from a bridge above.

The windscreen of the car was damaged and officers are keen to trace those responsible.

If you recognise any of the girls in the image, or have any information get in touch with officers using one of the non-emergency contact methods.

Quote the reference number 19*491076 and the name of the officer in the case, PC Chris Latham, in any correspondence.
