Police want to speak to this man in connection with Chesterfield car theft

Police have released an image of a man they want to speak to in connection with a car theft in Chesterfield town centre.

A 26 year-old-man reported that his car had been stolen from Holywell Cross car park just after 2am on Friday, November 2.

The car, a red Jaguar E-Pace, was later found abandoned near St Mary’s Gate car park.

Officers would like to speak to the man (pictured) as they hope he can assist with their enquiries.

Police want anyone who recognises the man to get in touch using a non-emergency contact methods, either via Facebook, Twitter, the Derbyshire Constabulary website or by calling 101.

Quote the reference number 18000527267 and the name of the officer in the case, PC Carl Davies, in any correspondence.
