A Polish man's been banned from driving for 22 months after being caught drunk behind the wheel near Barlborough.
Wieslaw Niedzwiecki, who doesn't have a UK address, pleaded guilty to driving whilst over the limit, after he was caught on the M1 at junction 30 with beer bottles in his lorry.
He also had to serve a days detention in court cells.
