A South Normanton man has pleaded not guilty to murder after his partner was found dead at a house on Alfred Street last December

Prosecutors claim Anthony Davis, 39, beat and then stabbed Keeley McGrath, 30, to death on December 13th 2018

Davis is accused by prosecutors of killing his victim after allegedly discovering she'd been having an affair with a neighbour..

The jury heard how Mr. Davis answered 'no comment' to questions by police investigators following his arrest.
