Employees at Mecca Bingo in Chesterfield have been helping out since March.
Staff at a local bingo hall have been providing hot meals for staff on Chesterfield's Covid-19 ward twice a day during the pandemic.
The Royal hospital says the food parcels delivered by the town's branch of mecca bingo have made a huge difference.
General manager at Mecca Chesterfield Martin Webster told us they've been happy to help out;
"What we're doing compared to what the staff at the Royal are doing is nothing really.
"We're really thankful for what they've done during this pandemic.
"If we can help a handful of those people on a daily basis to just get something nice and warm to eat, then it gives us a sense that we've done something to help during this awful situation."
He also hopes they can continue to offer their services in future;
"When we open back up for normal business, we want to make sure that we're still a part of the community and help those who need it the most, as and when we can."
We'd like to say a huge 'Thank you' to our wonderful friends at @MeccaBingo who have been amazing during this last few months.— Chesterfield Royal (@royalhospital) June 8, 2020
