Three men arrested on suspicion of drug supply after Chesterfield warrant

The trio were detained late last week.

Three men have been arrested in Chesterfield following a drugs raid on Friday.

Officers found class A drugs, along with alleged evidence of the supply of the substances, at an address in Old Hall Road, Chesterfield, after they conducted a warrant on the property at 1.35pm.

Two men aged 43 and 41 years old, both from the Stonegravels area, along with a 25-year-old man from Banbury, Oxfordshire, were arrested on suspicion of the supply of class A and B drugs and remain in police custody.

Detective Sergeant Simon Cartwright said: “We take this type of alleged offending seriously and work closely with local communities to help ensure our county is a safe place in which to live, work and visit.

“If you are concerned about drug dealing in your area then you can contact us day or night - in confidence – online, on the phone or in person.”
