A Wirksworth man's been jailed for two years and banned from driving for almost six years.
It's after Richard Walliss, of Ecclesbourne Close, was found guilty of causing serious injuries by dangerous driving back in December last year.
The 36 year old was involved in a two vehicle collision in Morley, which resulted in three individuals spending Christmas in hospital.
He was also found guilty of eight other offences in total.
