Lindsay Lohan lost a lawsuit she filed against the makers of Grand Theft Auto V.
Lindsay Lohan has lost a lawsuit she filed against the makers of Grand Theft Auto V that claimed they used her likeness in the popular video game without permission.
A New York state appeals court ruled the defendants never referred to or used Lindsay's name, and never used a photograph of her.
In her lawsuit, which was filed in 2014 against Take-Two Interactive and Rockstar Games, the Mean Girls star alleged a character in the game named Lacey Jonas was a reference to her, citing its image, clothes and more.
The complaint also stated that the game features the Chateau Marmont hotel in West Hollywood, where Lohan lived for a time.
