Minute To Win It Competition terms and conditions


Rules of entry
•    30 finalists will be chosen in total
Only one person at a time in the car at any time
•    The final will take place on Friday 27th March 2015 at the premises of Autoworld,  Brimington Road North, Chesterfield 
•    Contestants must be available to attend a live final at the premises of Autoworld between 2pm and 6pm on 27th March 2015
•    To enter you must be over 18 years of age
•    Finalists will be chosen over a 2 week period between Monday 9th March and Saturday 21st March 2015
•    Contestants must sit in the branded Suzuki Swift out on location across North Derbyshire for 1 minute
•    Before a contestant enters the vehicle they will be given a mobile phone
•    The 1 minute countdown begins as soon as the car door closes with the contestant in the vehicle
•    During this minute in the vehicle the mobile phone may ring
•    If the phone rings the contestant must answer and listen to the task set by the Peak FM presenter
•    The contestant at this point will be live on air
•    A challenge will be set to the contestant by the presenter, at this point the timer will be re set and the 60 second countdown will commence again
•    1 minute only is given for the completion of the task/challenge
•    During the countdown and challenge a klaxon may sound
•    If the klaxon sounds a cash spot prize will be awarded to the contestant at the end of the challenge
•    Should the contestant be unable to complete the challenge in the allocated minute then the challenge fails and the contestant will not be taken through to the live final
•    Should the contestant be successful within the allocated time, contact details will be taken and the contestant will be expected to attend the live final on the date and time above
•    At the end of the 1 minute in the vehicle the contestant must give back the mobile phone to the promotional crew on site
•    Any potential contestant may enter the car a maximum of once per day across the 2 week promotional period 
•    During the live final contestants will be competing against 29 other finalists
•    Should the mobile phone ring when the vehicle is empty the person first in the queue will be taken into the car to compete
•    28 finalists will be gathered via the in car challenges
•    2 finalists will be chosen from social media including 1 from twitter and 1 from facebook
•    To enter on social media potential contestants must take a selfie inside the vehicle
•    Selfie pictures posted on twitter must include the hashtag #minutetowinit and must include @peakfm and @autoworlduk
•    Selfie pictures on facebook must tag in peak fm and autoworld and include the hashtag #minutetowinit
•    Only one person will win the car
•    Judges decision will be final on the winner of the car
•    The final prize is the car as detailed in these terms and conditions. No cash alternative is offered
•    The make, model and colour of the car cannot be changed
•    The car available to win is a new 15 plate Suzuki Swift, sz2 3 door in superior white, 1.2 engine – petrol
•    The car specification includes:- Outside temperature display, PAS, Remote fuel cap release, Tachometer, Trip computer, 4 speakers, Speed sensitive stereo volume, Steering wheel audio controls, Stereo radio/CD player and MP3 facility, Body colour bumpers, Body colour door handles, Body colour electric adjustable heated door mirrors, Day/night rear view mirror, Electric front windows + drivers one touch, Front and rear intermittent wipers, Green tinted glass, Headlamp levelling, 'Childproof' rear door locks, 3 point seatbelts on all seats, ABS/EBD, Brake assist, Driver seatbelt warning indicator, Driver/Front Passenger airbags, Front passenger airbag deactivation, Deadlocks, Immobiliser, Key in reminder, Remote central door locking.
•    All finalists will be confirmed via email and or telephone no later than 24th March 2015
•    Judges decision is final on the 30 finalists selected to attend the live final
•    All finalists must agree to being filmed and agree to photographs and names being used for promotional purposes
•    A film of the final will be posted to Youtube and will be made available on social media, Peak FM website and Autoworld website
•    There will be a set of challenges to complete in the live final on 27th March live on air at Autoworld
•    The challenges will be predominantly based on answering a series of multiple choice questions correctly
•    All finalists will have to agree to and sign to the competition T&C’s
•    Entrants to this competition do so entirely at their own risk
•    Any contestants not adhering to the T&C’s may be disqualified
•    In the event of a tie at the live final tie breaker questions will be introduced
•    Judges decision is final on winner of any tie breaker questions
•    The Suzuki Swift is being provided by Autoworld and not Peak FM
•    Peak FM are not responsible for the vehicle in any way
