Ultimate Summer Job Rules
1)These terms and conditions must be read alongside the standard competition and promotion terms and conditions for all Peak FM promotions.
2)Peak Recruit is a process to identify a cover presenter for a two month period during the summer of 2013.
3)Peak Recruit is open to anyone aged 18 and over.
4)Proof of age will be required at the first audition, failure to produce documentary proof of age will result in the entrant not being able to proceed.
5)Peak Recruit is not a competition, it is a promotion designed to identify the stand-in breakfast presenter on Peak FM for a two month period during the summer of 2013.
6)The selected entrant will be offered two months work as a co-presenter on the Peak FM breakfast show for which he or she will receive a daily fee to cover out of pocket expenses.
7)By entering this promotion you agree to be available for work during the hours of 06:00 and 09:00 Monday to Friday from July 1st to September 1st 2013. These dates may change and will be notified to the successful entrant.
8)The successful entrant agrees to the use of his or her image and likeness for publicity purposes and for the use of his or her voice on air.
9)A standard UTV Media (GB) freelance presenter contract for the period of the employment will be issued.
10)At no time will the selected person become an employee of Peak FM or UTV Media (GB).
11)The offer of two months cover work will not constitute a permanent contract or offer of full time employment on a contract or employee basis.
12)The decision of the judging panel is final and correspondence will not be entered into regarding the selection process or eventual chosen entrant.
13)Peak FM & UTV Media (GB) cannot be held responsible for any losses experienced by entering this competition or by the successful entrant.
14)The selection process may be broadcast on air (plus content going on www.peakfm.net) and by entering you agree that any recordings, video, audio or photographs may be used by Peak FM & UTV Media (GB).
15)Peak FM & UTV Media (GB) reserve the right not to proceed with the on air offer but in this unlikely event a fee covering expenses that would have been received will be made to the successful entrant.
16)Peak FM & UTV Media (GB) reserve the right to offer a period of freelance employment for a period longer than the initial two months and this will be by negotiation with the successful entrant.
